As a home builder, we build all our homes as it’s our own home. We do some extra things than standard Alberta codes.
We use delta membrane in all our houses to protect the foundation in case there are any cracks in future, that’s our standard and gives homeowners the peace of mind that their house is protected for many decades. We use 24 inches of footing instead of 20 inches, we know that your house will be standing on that footing for decades and we want to make sure we do extra on every house to make it rock solid footing. The rest of the house finishing is also very high-quality materials. We use high-efficiency furnaces and HRV in our houses.
We as a builder, work with each client to understand the plan before we start and can make modifications if needed. We do full custom uses as well.
